Woodside Health Expands Further Into Atlanta Metro Market

Woodside health has acquired the Tree Lane Medical Portfolio, located at 1608 Tree Lane & 1790 Presidential Circle, in Snellville, Georgia. Comprised of five buildings sitting on either side of the Eastside Medical Center (a 310-bed hospital), this 33,254 square foot portfolio is home to 10 tenants, 84% of which are medical practices or health related. The buildings are 100% occupied.

"We're thrilled to be doing another deal in the Atlanta metro area," said Ted Barr, Woodside Health Principal. "With new development happening around the properties and given their location near the local hospital, these buildings are in a prime spot for the future," he added.

This is the 28th acquisition for Woodside Health and the 2nd in the Atlanta MSA. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, and Texas. Woodside Health is under contract to acquire additional properties.
