Woodside Health invests in medical office buildings in rapidly growing communities, often near a hospital. We welcome our tenants to invest with us.

Target properties have the following characteristics:

Geography: Texas, Florida, Phoenix, AZ and Atlanta, GA
Location: Near hospitals or highly-trafficked areas in growing communities
Building size: 40,000 – 200,000 square feet
Occupancy: at least 70%
Price: $10m – $50m
Strategy: Willing to deal with complex sellers and deal structures.

We create additional value during due diligence, often by renegotiating leases.

Management Approach

Woodside Health provides a high level of service to its tenants. We treat our tenants like they're customers, and make them feel special and appreciated. In fact, we invite our tenants to invest with us.

We proactively enhance the exterior and interior spaces, and look to establish long-term relationships with our tenants. They appreciate the high level of service as they often invite their friends and colleagues to move into our buildings. When our tenants establish offices in other communities, they ask about moving into buildings managed by our team. We regularly communicate with our tenants to enhance their experience.
