Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of Research Court – Atlanta MSA

CLEVELAND, OH (March 8, 2023) – Woodside Health is excited to announce its acquisition of Research Court in the Johns Creek-Suwanee area of Atlanta, Georgia. The investment includes two buildings, which represent 80,000 square feet of leasable space. Located at 5000 & 5050 Research Court, the buildings are 88% occupied with a mix of both medical and office tenants.

"We've looked at quite a few properties in the Johns Creek market, and we're thrilled to acquire Research Court, which is our 3rd medical property in the Atlanta MSA. The buildings are well located in a medical hub near the Emory Johns Creek Hospital," said Ben Sheridan, Woodside Health Principal. "This property has a big pediatric therapy component and we'll be offering the vacant suites to Atlanta's pediatricians first," he added.

This is the 49th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Ohio and Texas. Woodside Health remains an active buyer in the medical office building market and is working to acquire other properties.
