Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of Colleyville Square in Colleyville –  Dallas-Fort Worth MSA

CLEVELAND, OH – Woodside Health is excited to announce its acquisition of Colleyville Square, four medical buildings located at 6211, 6213, 6221, 6225 Colleyville Blvd. in Colleyville, TX, part of the Dallas-Fort Worth MSA. The buildings have about 25,000 square feet and feature a current mix of seven medical tenants, with room for three additional medical practices to join this prospering business park located in an affluent and growing suburb on the northwest side of metro Dallas. The property is 70% leased, with a growing prospect list for the vacant suites.

The acquisition is the third in Woodside's recent return to the Dallas market this year. Woodside is pursuing further acquisitions to establish an even larger presence in this high-growth market.

"Colleyville has excellent demographics and an attractive growth trajectory," said Ted Barr, Woodside Health Principal. "We got back into Dallas with our Southlake and Cornerstone acquisitions a few months ago, and we look forward to adding more," he added. "This is a great tenant mix and we're looking forward to adding a few more businesses/practices to be a part of this growing community."

This is the 45th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio and Texas. Woodside Health remains an active buyer in the medical office building market and is currently under contract to acquire several other properties.
