Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of 5222 Baseline – Phoenix MSA

CLEVELAND, OH (October 5, 2023) – Woodside Health is excited to announce its acquisition of 5222 East Baseline Road in Gilbert, Arizona. The single-story medical office building has approximately 62,500 rentable square feet. The building is 100% occupied by three tenants with diverse specialties and businesses.

"We're excited to own our 13th medical property in the Phoenix area. The building is well located in a high-growth market and across from Banner Gateway Medical Center," said Joe Greulich, Woodside Health Principal. "The tenants are thriving here and we look forward to working with them for many years," he added.

This is the 52nd acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Ohio and Texas. Woodside Health remains an active buyer in the medical office building market and is working to acquire other properties.
