Woodside Health Acquires Prominent Medical Office Buidling Near Suburban Cleveland Medical Center

Medical office building acquisition and management firm buys real estate in the hub of Cleveland west side medical center.

Cleveland, OH - Woodside Health, the medical office building acquisition and management firm, announced the planned purchase of a 75,000 square foot building near Southwest General Hospital in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. The acquisition is scheduled to close in mid-June.

"This building is next to two other medical office buildings we purchased through a related entity, and gives us the opportunity to create a campus feel for the area doctors and hospital," said Ted Barr, Woodside Health principal. "Southwest General Hospital will have offices in the building and we are in active conversations with other health care professionals for the remaining space."
