Crain's Honors Joe Greulich with Forty under 40 Recognition

Co-Founder of Woodside Health LLC and a Managing Partner of Crescendo Commercial Realty LLC , Joe Greulich is selected by Crain's Cleveland Business as one of 40 young professionals who has established and proven themselves as leaders, actively guiding Northeast Ohio's business community.

Mr. Greulich is one of the region's early promoters of providing outsourced real estate services and consulting for corporations on a fee basis instead of commissions. He pursued that area of practice through subsequent jobs before co-founding Woodside Health and Crescendo. In those jobs, he worked on real estate matters for Progressive Corp., FirstEnergy Corp. and the Cleveland Clinic, among others.

"What a great experience for a kid just out of college," Mr. Greulich said. "I got to work directly with executives at major corporations. I fell in love with the consulting side of the business and helping corporations make good business decisions."

Eric Friedman, a principal at Deloitte Consulting's Cleveland office, where Mr. Greulich managed multiple accounts, said Mr. Greulich's "analytical skills were unusually acute."

"When Joe did the numbers, I knew I could trust them," he said.
