Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of the Alore Center in Houston, TX

Woodside Health has acquired the Alore Center, a medical office building in Oak Ridge North, Texas. Considered part of The Woodlands area of Houston, the building is located at 26710 Interstate 45 North. Built in 2004, the property, which has almost 30,000 square feet, has two tenants including a surgery center.

"We're really excited to close on this property," said Joe Greulich Woodside Health Principal. "We've been working with the sellers for 9 months, together overcoming obstacles to make this happen ," he added. "The tenants are great and The Woodlands area is strong and getting stronger."

This is the 12th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas. The firm is in active discussions regarding additional acquisitions.
