Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of College Park Medical Plaza II – Houston MSA

CLEVELAND, OH (January 5, 2024) – Woodside Health is excited to announce its acquisition of College Park Medical Plaza II in The Woodlands, Texas. The 2-story medical office building has approximately 29,000 rentable square feet and is located at 3117 College Park Drive.

"We have been very active in the Houston market and own other healthcare properties in The Woodlands submarket. The building is well located in the College Park medical hub with proximity to 3 major hospitals that comprise approximately 600 beds," said Joe Greulich, Woodside Health Principal. "We have some exciting plans for the property and look forward to making improvements for the existing medical users, as well as a few new users that we'll pursue for the vacant space," he added.

This is the 54th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Ohio and Texas. Woodside Health remains an active buyer in the medical office building market and is working to acquire other properties.
