Woodside Health Announces Sale of Winter Haven Medical Village

CLEVELAND, OH (October 1, 2024) – Woodside Health, an Ohio based private equity firm specializing in healthcare real estate, has completed the sale of a medical property located in the Orlando MSA.

This 36,637 square foot property consists of a complementary mix of medical tenants, including multiple national and regional providers.

“We enjoyed working with the tenants at Winter Haven Medical Village for nearly a decade,” said Ben Barr, Woodside Health Principal. “The new owner is an experienced operator with similar properties throughout the country and we enjoyed working with them through the transaction.”

Woodside Health has a robust pipeline of acquisition targets planned for the end of Q4 and into 2025 in this and other Sunbelt markets.
