Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of Palm Valley I & II

CLEVELAND, OH – Woodside Health is excited to announce its acquisition of Palm Valley I & II, two office buildings located at 1616 & 1646 North Litchfield Road in Goodyear, AZ, part of the Phoenix MSA. Combined, the buildings have 84,000 square feet and feature a strong mix of 34 medical and professional office tenants.

The acquisition adds to Woodside’s footprint in the Phoenix market, which now includes nine properties following the acquisitions of Thunderbird Palms Medical Campus (5750 W Thunderbird Rd in Glendale), Stadium Village (14815 & 14823 W Bell Road in Surprise), and Arrowhead Executive Center (17235 N 75th Avenue in Glendale) earlier this year.

“Goodyear is a rapidly growing section of Phoenix, and we are really excited to be able to expand our portfolio into this area,” said Ted Barr, Woodside Health Principal. “They’re both amazing buildings, right on the hard corner, with a great mix of tenants,” he added.

This is the 39th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio and Texas. Woodside Health remains an active buyer in the medical office building market and is currently under contract to acquire other properties.
