Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of Pearland Central Medical Plaza

CLEVELAND, OH – Woodside Health is excited to announce its acquisition of Pearland Central Medical Plaza, three medical buildings located at 8603, 8619 and 8633 Broadway Street in Pearland, Texas, part of the Houston MSA. The buildings have 41,700 square feet and feature a mix of thirteen medical and professional office tenants. The property is 89% leased with 2 medical suites available for new practices.

The acquisition is Woodside’s seventh in the Houston area. Woodside is pursuing further acquisitions to establish an expanded presence in this high-growth market.

“We have investments throughout Houston, but this is our first in Pearland. We’re excited about the project based on the strong demographics and high-visibility of the buildings,” said Ben Barr, Woodside Health Principal. “We’ve had the privilege of meeting each of the tenants at the property and look forward to working with them,” he added.

This is the 46th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio and Texas. Woodside Health remains an active buyer in the medical office building market and is currently under contract to acquire several other properties.
