Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of Park Lakes Landing

CLEVELAND, OH (July 20, 2023) – Woodside Health is excited to announce its acquisition of Park Lakes Landing in Humble, Texas. The 2-story medical office building has approximately 38,000 rentable square feet and located right on the Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8) at 9701 N. Sam Houston Parkway East. The building is 73% occupied with a great, synergistic mix of medical tenants.

“We’ve watched the Humble market grow over the past few years, and we’re thrilled to acquire Park Lakes Landing, which is our 8th medical property in the Houston area. The building is well located in the large Park Lakes shopping center with lots of great traffic drivers bringing people to this property,” said Ben Barr, Woodside Health Principal. “We’re excited to own this building and invest new capital into improving the building for existing tenants and completing construction of the vacant shell space for new tenants,” he added.

This is the 51st acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Ohio and Texas. Woodside Health remains an active buyer in the medical office building market and is working to acquire other properties.
