AcquisitionsWoodside Health Announces Acquisition of Stadium Village
CLEVELAND, OH – Woodside Health is pleased to announce its acquisition of Stadium Village, two buildings located at 14815 & 14823 W Bell Road in Surprise, AZ, part of the Phoenix MSA. The buildings combine for 54,000 square feet and feature a strong mix of nine tenants. The acquisition adds to Woodside’s footprint in the Phoenix market, which now includes eight properties.
“This is a beautiful property in a rapidly growing part of Phoenix,” said Ben Sheridan, Woodside Health Principal. “We’re eager to find additional tenants for the buildings and look forward to helping them create fantastic suites for their practices and businesses,” he added. “This is our third Phoenix acquisition in 2021 and anticipate it won’t be our last one there this year,” continued Sheridan.
This is the 37th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio and Texas. Woodside Health is currently under contract to acquire other properties.
