Woodside Health acquires Paradise Valley Plaza, its 14th transaction of the year.

Cleveland, OH and Phoenix, AZ, (November 12, 2024)  – Woodside Health is excited to announce the acquisition of Paradise Valley Plaza located on 5010, 5020, 5040 East Shea Boulevard​. This marks the company’s 60th acquisition and its 14^th property in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

The property is strategically located at the high-traffic intersection of Tatum Boulevard and Shea Boulevard, serving the affluent community of Paradise Valley. Notably, the nearby Paradise Valley Mall redevelopment project will include a $2 billion investment over a 100-acre site and provide a revitalized lifestyle center for the community.
