Woodside Health Purchases Its First Medical Office Building in Austin, TX

Woodside Health has acquired the Medical Towers at Sawyer Ranch, located at 13830 Sawyer Ranch Road, Dripping Springs, Texas. Built in 2016, the 38,000 square foot building is home to fourteen tenants all in health-related businesses. The fully leased building is down the road from the area's new elementary and middle schools.

"We're really excited to complete our first purchase in the Austin market," said Ted Barr, Woodside Health Principal. "This is a rare find in a growing sub-market of one of the fastest growing metro areas in the country. The tenants are a wonderful group of health professionals who regularly refer patients to one another. We're looking forward to supporting them," he added.  

This is the 26th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas. Woodside Health is under contract to acquire additional properties.
