Woodside Health Increases Its Presence in the Glendale, Arizona Market

Woodside Health has acquired the Arrowhead Professional Center, located at 18301 North 79th Avenue, in Glendale, Arizona. Built in 2001 and 2004, the 70,000 square foot complex is composed of eight buildings and home to twenty-five tenants, seventy-four percent of which are medical practices or health related. An affiliate of Woodside Health owns a building two miles southeast of the Arrowhead Professional Center.

This is the twenty-seventh acquisition for Woodside Health. The Firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas. Woodside Health is under contract to acquire additional properties.
