Woodside Health Announces 50th Acquisition
East Valley Professional Plaza – Phoenix MSA

CLEVELAND, OH (May 4, 2023) – Woodside Health is excited to announce its 50th acquisition, with their purchase of the East Valley Professional Plaza in Mesa, AZ (Phoenix MSA). The 19,000 square foot medical office building is located at 1220 S Higley Road and is 78% occupied with medical and dental tenants. The acquisition was completed as part of the Woodside Health MOB Fund I, in partnership with Woodside's JV partner.

"We are excited to add this great medical building to our Phoenix portfolio. It is well located in a medical hub near the Banner Gateway Medical Center," said Joe Greulich, Woodside Health Principal. "This property has three strong and vibrant healthcare practices, and we look forward to adding more doctors to create additional synergy and serve the Mesa community," he added.

This is the 50th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Ohio and Texas. Woodside Health remains an active buyer in the medical office building market and is working to acquire other properties.
