Woodside Health Announces the Acquisition of Rome Towers - Gilbert, AZ

Cleveland, OH - Woodside Health has acquired Rome Towers, located at 1760 East Pecos Road in Gilbert, Arizona. The acquisition is comprised of approximately 120,000 square feet of a trophy, 5-story office building with a prized 5-story parking garage. This transaction is Woodside's largest acquisition to date.

"We're very excited to take ownership of Rome Towers and look forward to working with the great tenants that we've already started to get to know," said Joe Greulich, Woodside Health Principal. "This is a great neighborhood and we're glad to be a part of the area's growth as we lease up the rest of the building. The prior owners developed a beautiful building and we look forward to finishing the work to create the vibrant medical and professional center they envisioned," he added.

"This is our largest acquisition and I'm very proud of our team for this accomplishment. We've grown a lot in our capacity to find, acquire, and manage high-quality medical office buildings," continued Greulich.

This is the 30th acquisition for Woodside Health and the 5th in the Phoenix MSA. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, and Texas. Woodside Health is under contract to acquire additional properties.
