CLEVELAND, OH – Woodside Health is pleased to announce that it sold Boynton Beach Medical Plaza, located at 10151 Enterprise Center Boulevard, and West Boynton Medical at 7593 West Boynton Beach Boulevard. The two medical office buildings are across the street from each other in Boynton Beach, which is part of the Miami-Fort Lauderdale MSA. Both properties are Class A, two-story buildings with a total of 101,000 square feet.
"Although we're primarily focused on growing our portfolio of high-quality medical office buildings, this was a unique opportunity to sell these assets and provided a great outcome for our investors," said Ben Barr, Woodside Health Principal. "Through our business relationships in this sub-market, we achieved our investment objectives ahead of schedule. The buyer is a recognized healthcare firm with deep expertise in this part of Florida," he added.
This package sale represents the thirteenth and fourteenth exits for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, and Texas. Woodside Health is currently under contract to acquire other properties.
