Woodside Health Announces Sale of Kingwood Executive Center in Houston, TX

Cleveland, OH - Woodside Health is pleased to announce the sale of the Kingwood Executive Center, a 29,000 square foot medical office building complex in Kingwood, TX.

Woodside purchased the Houston-area property from its developer in 2011. Over the past ten years, Woodside replaced many of the original tenants with vibrant medical practices, expanded the parking lot and improved the physical plant.

The property is adjacent to the HCA-Kingwood hospital and the tenants enjoy the convenience and synergies of being located in this growing medical hub.

"We had recently taken the property to 100% occupancy and this was the right timing for a successful exit for our investors after 10 great years," said Joe Greulich, Woodside Health Principal. "Our leasing and transaction team worked hard to attract strong medical practices as replacements for the property's original tenants," he added. "Current tenants appreciate the parking right in front of their office and the ability to simply walk to the hospital when they need to see a patient there," continued Greulich.

This is the eighth sale for Woodside Health, the medical office building acquisition and management firm with properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio and Texas. The firm has acquired 34 medical office properties and has additional properties under contract.
