Woodside Health Announces Sale of Jenah Plaza – Dallas, TX MSA

CLEVELAND, OH – Woodside Health is pleased to announce that it sold Jenah Plaza, located at 825 W. Royal Lane, Irving, TX, part of the Dallas MSA. The Class A, two-story building comprises 30,000 square feet and features a synergistic mix of medical and retail tenants. The property is also home to three restaurants.

"We've enjoyed working with the great tenants at Jenah Plaza over the past 6 years," said Ben Barr, Woodside Health Principal. "The buyer is a local group that already knows some of the tenants and we're confident they'll continue providing a high level of service," he added.

"The Covid-19 pandemic hit some of our retail and restaurant tenants hard," continued Barr. "But we were able to work with our lender, investors, and tenants to ensure that these great local practices and businesses could stay open. This is the twelfth sale for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, and Texas. Woodside Health is currently under contract to acquire other properties.
