Woodside Health Announces Sale of Fleming Island Medical Plaza – Jacksonville, FL

CLEVELAND, OH – Woodside Health is pleased to announce that it sold Fleming Island Medical Plaza, located at 1675 -1679 and 1681-1689 Eagle Harbor Parkway in Fleming Island, Florida, part of the Jacksonville MSA. The buildings comprise 46,500 square feet and feature a synergistic mix of 14 medical tenants. Existing practices include imaging, cardiology, physical therapy, internal medicine, pediatrics, dermatology, podiatry, sleep medicine, plastics/ reconstructive surgery, clinical research, interventional radiology, spine care, pulmonology and nephrology.

"We had an opportunity to work with new investors on a great property that we know well," said Ben Sheridan, Woodside Health Principal. "The new group plans to own this property for the long-term," he added.

"We've gotten to know the tenants here and have added some new ones," continued Sheridan. "In concert with the new ownership group, we look forward to working with them for many years to come."

This is the eleventh sale for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, and Texas. Woodside Health is currently under contract to acquire other properties.
