Woodside Health Announces It Is Under Contract To Purchase Oak Point in Vero Beach, Florida

Woodside Health is pleased to announce that it is under contract to purchase Oak Point, two medical office buildings in Vero Beach, Florida. The Property is located at 3730 and 3755 7th Terrace, Vero Beach. The two buildings are across the street from each other and one block from the local hospital, the Indian River Medical Center. The buildings were built in 1997 and 1999 and are 78% occupied, and most of the tenants are related to the medical industry. "These are great buildings in a great area and we believe we can increase occupancy over time and make them even more attractive to the best medical tenants," notes Ben Sheridan, Woodside Health Principal. "We look forward to being a part of the medical community in Vero Beach for years to come," he added.
