Woodside Health Announces It Is Under Contract to Purchase Fairmont Crossing

Woodside Health is pleased to announce that it is under contract to purchase Fairmont Crossing, two medical and retail buildings in Pasadena, Texas. The Property is located at 7215 - 7219 Fairmont Parkway, not far from the outer belt tollway in Houston. Built in 2008 and 2012, the Property is on the hard corner of two busy streets, Fairmont Parkway and Center Street. With three medical/dental tenants and nine retail tenants, the Property is 100% leased. "The tenants at Fairmont Crossing have told us that they really like this location and that their business has expanded since moving here," notes Ben Sheridan, Woodside Health Principal. "We look forward to growing with them in the years to come," he added.
