CLEVELAND, OH – Woodside Health is pleased to announce its acquisition of five buildings at the Thunderbird Palms Medical Campus, located at 5750 West Thunderbird Road, Glendale, AZ, part of the Phoenix MSA. The buildings comprise 51,751 square feet and feature a strong mix of 12 medical tenants.
"Thunderbird has a synergistic group of medical practices and a great location along a main community artery," said Ben Sheridan, Woodside Health Principal. "These buildings are advantageously situated in the shadow of Banner Health's Thunderbird Hospital, and we look forward to joining this deep and established medical neighborhood," he added.
"We view this acquisition as a core, long-term holding of ours and look forward to supporting the great tenants there," continued Sheridan.
This is the 35th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio and Texas. Woodside Health is currently under contract to acquire other properties.
