CLEVELAND, OH – Woodside Health is excited to announce its acquisition of the Southlake Professional Plaza, five medical buildings located at 3055-3081 West Southlake Blvd. in Southlake, part of the Dallas-Fort Worth MSA. The buildings have 30,000 square feet and feature a current mix of five medical tenants, with room for five additional medical practices to join this thriving community with some of the most desirable demographics in Texas. The property is 46% leased, with prospects in line for the vacant suites.
The acquisition is a return to the Dallas market for Woodside, having sold the last two properties they owned in Dallas last year and another several years ago. Woodside is seeking other properties in the Dallas metro area to expand their presence in this high-growth market.

"The Southlake Professional Plaza is situated on the main east-west corridor between Southlake and Keller, with a great mix of existing tenants," he added. "We're motivated to help a few more medical businesses/practices open up here to serve this great community."
This is the 41st acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio and Texas. Woodside Health remains an active buyer in the medical office building market and is currently under contract to acquire several other properties.
