Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of Jenah Plaza in Irving TX

Woodside Health has acquired Jenah Plaza, a two-story building in Irving, Texas. Built in 2012, Jenah Plaza is a newer development in the Las Colinas area of Dallas. This two-story building is home to medical and retail tenants, as well as three restaurants. Las Colinas is home to 2,000 corporate offices, five major corporate headquarters, and is close to the Dallas/Fort Worth airport. Jenah Plaza is two blocks away from the Las Colinas Medical Center, a local hospital that is part of the HCA system. At the time of acquisition there is one vacant suite available for lease.

"We've been trying to find another property in the Dallas area and are thrilled to acquire Jenah Plaza," said Joe Greulich, Woodside Health Principal. "There's a nice mix of tenants and we look forward to working with them to promote their businesses," he added.

This is the 15th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas. The firm is under contract to acquire two additional properties.
