Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of Il Palazzo Center in Glendale, AZ - Phoenix MSA

CLEVELAND, OH – Woodside Health is excited to announce its acquisition of the Il Palazzo Center, six mixed-use buildings located at 5940 West Union Hills Drive, Glendale, AZ, part of the Phoenix MSA. Combined, the buildings have 45,000 square feet and feature a strong mix of 19 medical, retail and professional office tenants. The property is 96% leased, and there are already prospects for the vacant suite.

The acquisition adds to Woodside's footprint in the Phoenix market, which now includes ten properties following last year's acquisitions of Thunderbird Palms Medical Campus in Glendale, Arrowhead Executive Center in Glendale, Stadium Village in Surprise and Palm Valley I & II in Goodyear.

"Glendale is a great part of Phoenix, and we are really excited to have built a strong presence in this area with a total of five properties," said Ben Barr, Woodside Health Principal. "The Il Palazzo Center consists of six amazing buildings, right on the hard corner, with a great mix of tenants," he added.

This is the 40th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio and Texas. Woodside Health remains an active buyer in the medical office building market and is currently working to acquire several other properties.
