Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of Fairfield Plaza – Cypress, TX

Cleveland, OH - Woodside Health is pleased to announce its acquisition of Fairfield Plaza, located at 15103 Mason Road in Cypress, Texas. The Plaza has 83,000 square feet in 5 buildings, and is anchored by HCA Healthcare, the largest health system in the United States. This transaction is Woodside's eleventh acquisition in Texas.

"The prior owners were attracted to this location due to the explosive growth in Cypress. This is the 31st acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, and Texas. Woodside Health is currently in advanced conversations to acquire several new properties.
