CLEVELAND, OH (June 28, 2022) – Woodside Health is excited to announce its acquisition of Chantilly Court, a medical and professional office building located at 1555 Howell Branch Road in Winter Park, part of the Orlando MSA. The building has 35,000 rentable square feet and features a current mix of five medical tenants and nine professional office tenants. The property is 100% leased.
The acquisition is Woodside's third in the Orlando market. They own a medical/retail center in Winter Haven and sold a medical office building near downtown Orlando last year. Woodside is actively looking at other investment opportunities in Orlando as they continue growing their presence in this market.
"Winter Park is a great part of Orlando, and we've already commenced many of our improvement projects at the property," said Ben Barr, Woodside Health Principal. "Chantilly Court is located along the main east-west corridor between Winter Park and Maitland. It has a great group of existing tenants and we're thrilled to work with them into the future."
This is the 44th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio and Texas. Woodside Health remains an active buyer in the medical office building market and is currently under contract to acquire other properties.
