Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of Arrowhead Executive Center in Glendale, AZ - Phoenix MSA

CLEVELAND, OH – Woodside Health is pleased to announce its acquisition of Arrowhead Executive Center, eight buildings located at 17235 North 75th Avenue, Glendale, AZ, part of the Phoenix MSA. The buildings have almost 100,000 square feet and feature a strong mix of 27 tenants.

"These buildings are similar to two other complexes of one-story buildings that we own nearby," said Ben Sheridan, Woodside Health Principal. "We've had great success leasing our existing buildings and will work to lease up the few vacant suites here," he added.

"Phoenix continues to attract people from other states, and that growth spurs us to focus on buying more property here," continued Sheridan.

This is the 36th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio and Texas. Woodside Health is currently under contract to acquire other properties.
