Woodside Health Adds Texas Health Resources As A Tenant In Prime Medical Office Building Near Dallas

Cleveland, OH - Woodside Health announced that Texas Health Resources, a hospital located next to the firm's Rockwall medical office building, is leasing space for Dr. Arauz Pachecho, MD PA, an endocrinologist. Design drawings are in the works and Dr. Pachecho is planning on moving to the beautifully created space this spring.

"We're thrilled to welcome Dr. Pachecho, his staff, and patients to Rockwall. This is another example of Woodside Health having a large hospital lease space with us for their doctors," explained Joe Greulich, Woodside Health principal.

Woodside Health acquired the building, an 18,000 square foot building on the grounds of the new Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital, in December of 2010. Rockwall is a rapidly growing community located just northeast of Dallas.

Woodside Health recently acquired a medical office building in Kingwood, Texas, just north of Houston. The real estate acquisition and management firm is also in active conversations to acquire other medical office buildings in North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas.
