Woodside Health Adds Another Houston Medical Building

Woodside Health has acquired the Rotunda Building, a three-story medical office building in Missouri City, Texas. Built in 1985, the metro Houston property is home to fifteen tenants, many of which are health related. There are five vacant suites.

"We're fans of medical buildings in the Houston area," said Ted Barr, Woodside Health Principal. "This building has wonderful tenants and is in a rapidly growing part of the city," he added.

This is the 20th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas. Woodside Health is under contract to acquire additional properties.
