Woodside Health Acquires Kingwood Executive Center

December 16th, 2011

Cleveland, OH – Woodside Health announced the acquisition of Kingwood Executive Center, a medical office building complex in Kingwood, Texas. The property consists of two separate one story "L" shaped buildings totaling 29,162 square feet with a koi pond and garden. The property is located across the street from Kingwood Medical Center, a 267-bed hospital owned by HCA.

"We're excited about our latest acquisition. The complex was very attractive as it's in the vibrant Houston market, the tenants include successful medical professionals, and it's on the campus of a great hospital," explained Ted Barr, a principal at Woodside Health.

The acquisition follows Woodside Health's purchase of Rockwall Medical, a medical office building in Rockwall, Texas, a thriving community near Dallas and Middleburg Medical Center, a medical office building in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, adjacent to Southwest General Hospital. The real estate acquisition and management firm is also in active conversations to acquire other medical office buildings in North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas.
