Woodside Addresses MOB Investors at The Latin America Southeast US Real Estate Meeting

CLEVELAND, OH – Woodside Health is proud to have been chosen as a featured speaker at The Latin America Southeast US Real Estate Meeting in Miami, Florida. The institutional gathering brings together real estate investment sponsors with investors. The investors included Latin American family offices, private equity real estate funds and investment advisors.

Woodside Principal Ben Sheridan added his over two decades of real estate and medical office building experience to a panel of speakers addressing a crowd of 250. Sheridan described a lively medical office building landscape, highlighting Woodside's active year and recent transactions, including its further expansion into the Phoenix and Houston markets.

"We were pleasantly surprised how many investors from Latin America are intrigued by the medical office building space," Ben commented. "While many families and investors have allocated capital to real estate, the medical office building segment is new to them. They quickly understood why our tenants tend to retain longer and why our properties have above market economic returns," he added.
