Winter Haven Medical Village Closing Announcement, January 22, 2015

Woodside Health has acquired the Winter Haven Medical Village, a medical office complex in Winter Haven, Florida. The building is located at 7450 Cypress Gardens Boulevard.

Built in 2007, the Property has 17 suites in over 36,000 square feet and is home to growing medical tenants, many of whom expanded their practice by locating here.

"We're really excited to own this redevelopment," said Joe Greulich, Woodside Health Principal, "this is a building that wasn't successful as a retail center but will be a wonderful home for medical and healthcare professionals," he added. "Many of the tenants really appreciate how convenient this location is for their patients."

This is the 10th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas. The firm is in active discussions regarding additional acquisitions.
