May 16th, 2012

Ted Barr, and Joe Greulich, Principals with Woodside Health, a medical office building acquisition and management firm, received the NAOIP Northern Ohio Chapter Investment Transaction of the Year award for the Southwest General Middleburg Medical Center project.

"We're delighted to be recognized for taking an empty, nearly completed office space and start filling it with much needed medical professionals," said Ted Barr. "This will be beautiful, convenient and efficient space for doctors and their teams. And, we hope it will add to the vibrancy of Middleburg Heights and be a profitable investment for our limited partners." The Southwest General Middleburg Medical Center is located across the street from the area's thriving hospital.
