Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of Fairmont Medical Building

CLEVELAND, OH (June 20, 2024) – Woodside Health is excited to announce its acquisition of the Fairmont Medical Building in Pasadena, Texas. The 2-story medical office building has approximately 36,000 rentable square feet and is located at 6243 Fairmont Parkway.

“We have been very active in the Houston market and own other healthcare properties in the Pasadena submarket. The building is well located on Fairmont Parkway with excellent visibility and easy access to the East Sam Houston Parkway,” said Ben Barr, Woodside Health Principal. “We have some exciting plans for the property and look forward to making improvements for the existing medical users,” he added.

This is the 57th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Ohio and Texas. Woodside Health remains an active buyer in the medical office building market and is working to acquire other properties.
