Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of 851 @ Rampart (Las Vegas)

CLEVELAND, OH (July 16, 2024) – Woodside Health is excited to announce its acquisition of 851 @ Rampart in Summerlin, Nevada. The 2-story medical office building has approximately 51,000 rentable square feet and is located at 851 S. Rampart Blvd.

“We are bullish on the Las Vegas MSA and this transaction represents our third healthcare acquisition in the market within the past 18 months. The building is well located in the esteemed Summerlin master-planned community,” said Ben Barr, Woodside Health Principal.

This is the 58th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Ohio and Texas. Woodside Health remains an active buyer in the medical office building market and is working to acquire other properties.
