May 28th, 2014

Cleveland, OH - Ted Barr, Joe Greulich, and Ben Sheridan, Principals with Woodside Health, a medical office building acquisition and management firm, received the NAIOP 2013 Traveling Gun Office Investment Transaction of the Year award for the Fairmont Crossing project in Pasadena, Texas.

NAIOP's Traveling Gun Office Investment award recognizes a real estate transaction that a northern Ohio firm made outside the area. Woodside purchased Fairmont Crossing, a retail and medical office complex, in October of 2013. The building was started in 2008 and due to its desirable location at the intersection of Fairmont Parkway and Center Street, was enlarged in 2012.

"Fairmont Crossing is a successful real estate project due to its great visibility, high traffic counts, and most importantly wonderful tenants who often refer customers to one another. We're thrilled to receive this award which recognizes excellence in all areas including design, development and market success," said Ted Barr, Woodside Health Principal.
