Ted Barr, Joe Greulich, and Ben Sheridan, Principals with Woodside Health, a medical office building acquisition and management firm, received the NAIOP 2012 Traveling Gun Office Investment Transaction of the Year award for the Creekside Professional Building project in College Station, Texas.
NAIOP's Traveling Gun Office Investment award recognizes a real estate transaction that a northern Ohio firm made outside the area. Woodside's purchase of the Creekside Professional Building took over a year to finalize. The regional hospital, the seller and Woodside worked together to restructure the interior of much of the building and the associated lease.
