Woodside Health enters Phoenix market with $11M real estate deal

Cleveland-based Woodside Health LLC made its debut in the Arizona market with the $11 million purchase of a medical office complex in Glendale.

The company paid $10.94 million for the Arrowhead Creekside Medical Office Building at 7200 W. Bell Road in Glendale.

Woodside Health LLC now owns this medical office property at 7200 W. Bell Road in Glendale.

The company paid $156.38 per square foot for the 69,930-square-foot property, which is home to 20 tenants, most in the medical, health and human services fields.

This property marks the 18th acquisition for Woodside Health, which also owns property in Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio and Texas. The company is under contract to acquire additional properties.

Cushman & Wakefield's Eric Wichterman, Mike Coover and Ray Harris represented the seller in the deal, a limited partnership named IX CW 7200 W. Bell Road LP.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Woodside in the deal, in particular, Kathleen Morgan, Trisha Talbot, along with NGKF's Global Healthcare Services team Todd Perman, Garth Hogan and Dana Hamric.
