Woodside Health Announces it is Under Contract to Purchase Creekside Professional Building

Woodside Health is pleased to announce that it is under contract to purchase the Creekside Professional Building in College Station, Texas. The Property is located at 2803 Earl Rudder Freeway, not far from Texas A&M University. Built in 2008, this medical office building is undergoing significant interior remodeling specifically for St. Joseph Health System, a leading hospital and healthcare organization in central Texas. St. Joseph has extended their lease for approximately 90% of the building, with the remainder leased by a family practice physician. "We've worked with St. Joseph to rework their space to fit the needs of specialty practices that they intend to locate here," said Joe Greulich, Woodside Health Principal. "The exterior is beautiful, much of the interior will be brand new, and the location is really convenient for patients," he added.
