Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of the Rockmead Professional Center in Houston, TX

Woodside Health has acquired the Rockmead Professional Center, medical office buildings in Kingwood (Houston), Texas. The buildings are located at 605 & 611 Rockmead Drive. Built in 2000, the property, which has about 28,000 square feet, has six tenants plus a vacant suite.

"We've worked hard to close on these buildings," said Ben Sheridan, Woodside Health Principal. "We know the area and were thrilled to have the chance to buy another property in Kingwood ," he added. "Once you drive around Kingwood, see the hospital, and talk to medical professionals and patients, you really understand how attractive it is."

This is the 13th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas. The firm is in active discussions regarding additional acquisitions.
