Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of the Estero Medical Center in Estero, FL

Woodside Health has acquired the Estero Medical Center, a two-story building in Estero, Florida. Built in 2006, many of the tenants have been in the building since it opened. The previous owner carefully selected practices that complement each other, including radiology, urgent care, and orthopedics.

"These tenants have some of the finest health practices in the area," said Joe Greulich, Woodside Health Principal. "We have other properties further north in Fort Myers and adding another just a bit south in Estero makes a lot of sense for us," he added.

This is the 17th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas. Woodside Health is under contract to acquire additional properties.
