Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of Palisades Park in Ft. Myers, FL

Woodside Health has acquired Palisades Park, a four building complex in Ft. Myers, Florida. Located in one of the fastest growing parts of the city and about a mile from I-75, the property is convenient for tenants and their visitors. Built in phases from 2001-2004, the property is a few blocks from the Gulf Coast Medical Center and is next door to the Minnesota Twins spring training facility. With over 43,000 square feet, it is home to medical and professional tenants, including Surgical Specialists of Southwest Florida.

"We really like the Ft. Myers area," said Ben Sheridan, Woodside Health Principal. "We have another property nearby and are looking for more," he added. "The tenants are great and we're eager to find one more tenant for the available suite."

This is the 14th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Florida, Michigan, Ohio, North Carolina and Texas. The firm is under contract to acquire three additional properties.
