Woodside Health Adds Another Arizona Medical Building

July 31st, 2016

Woodside Health has acquired the Foothills Health Center, two one-story medical office buildings in Phoenix, Arizona. The larger building was built in 1994 and renovated in 2001, the smaller building was built in 2002. The 53,310 square foot southwest Arizona property is home to eleven tenants, most of which are health related. There are two vacant suites.

"We're really excited to expand our footprint in Phoenix," said Joe Greulich, Woodside Health Principal. "The building is in a prime location in the 'urban village' of Ahwatukee and has some of the best doctors in the area," he added.

This is the 23rd acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas. Woodside Health is under contract to acquire additional properties.
