Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of the Ten Haggerty Medical Building in Novi, MI

Woodside Health has acquired the Ten Haggerty Medical Building, a medical office building in Novi, Michigan. The building is located at 3950 W. Ten Mile Road. Built in 1977, the property, which is 21,000 square feet, has ten suites and is home to many long time tenants with vibrant businesses.

"We're really excited to expand into Michigan with this property," said Ted Barr Woodside Health Principal. "This building has great, successful tenants and room for a few more," he added. "We're looking forward to enhancing the space for our tenants, their patients and staff."

This is the 11th acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has medical and health related properties in Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas. The firm is in active discussions regarding additional acquisitions.
