Real Estate Investment & Management Firm Acquires Two Medical Office Buildings in Cleveland Area

Cleveland, OH - Crescendo Commercial Realty, a real estate and investment and management firm associated with Woodside Health, announces the acquisition of two medical office buildings in the Cleveland, Ohio area. The buildings referred to as "Middleburg Heights Medical Arts I and II" provide 50,000 square feet of office space for over 35 medical practices.

"We are increasingly interested in owning and managing medical office space where we can bring professional management to our doctor tenants," said Joe Greulich, principal at Crescendo. "We have already begun improving the buildings, including everything from roofing to lobby lighting. We are committed to delighting our tenants by proactively being responsive to their needs."

Ted Barr, Crescendo principal, noted "we have begun one-on-one meetings with each tenant so that we can understand their future space needs. We are helping some doctors expand into larger spaces and renegotiating the leases of others so that they have the security of knowing what their rent costs will be in the coming years."
